School Counseling Department

The Scecina School Counseling Department offers academic, college, career, and social and emotional counseling to help the whole student.  Counselors advise students through the process of choosing appropriate and challenging college preparatory, honors, and advanced placement courses. Students also can receive help with test-taking, improving grades, and developing good study habits.

Counselors help students through their college preparation and searches for college and careers. The School Counseling Department brings in college admissions professionals for college planning and college financial aid sessions.

Our counselors are trained to help students with their social-emotional needs in school. Our Catholic Charities social worker is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
