You’re invited: Sept. 26 party will kick off Scecina’s capital campaign

Hello, Scecina Community!
I hope your family has experienced a smooth transition into the school year. After a relaxing summer, it’s nice to get back into the school routine.
It’s also nice to shake ourselves out of a routine and look forward to something fun. Scecina’s Public Kickoff for our capital campaign will be a party the whole Scecina Community can look forward to and enjoy.
Please mark your calendars for the kickoff party on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2019, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It will be the event of the year for Scecina Memorial High School.
You will be our guests for a full and fun night: food, drinks, activities for kids, music. You will see drawings of the new projects planned for Scecina. You’ll hear about the early financial success of the campaign. We hope you’ll be inspired by this vision for Scecina.
Scecina students will have an early dismissal that day so we can prepare the campus for the event and so your family can attend the party without hurrying or worrying about homework (early dismissal means they can get their homework done!)
The name of this first-of-its-kind campaign is “Our Faith, Our Journey, Our Time.” Our Catholic-Christian FAITH has brought Scecina this far. OUR JOURNEY of continuous improvement and excellence is ongoing. We believe this is OUR TIME to make major changes that will benefit Scecina’s students and community for a long time.
