Scecina passes $4.5 million toward $6 million capital campaign goal

It’s official! Last night (Sept. 26) we kicked off the public phase of Our Faith, Our Journey, Our Time, the capital campaign for Scecina Memorial High School. It was the highlight of my 11 years as Scecina’s president — a great night, a great crowd, a great spirit! Several hundred people attended. Thank you!
As I announced at the event, we recently passed $4.5 million in commitments toward the $6 million goal for the Our Faith, Our Journey, Our Time capital campaign. This generosity shows the deep commitment of our early silent phase donors. Thank you to each of them!
This campaign has six priorities, all important in their own right. It is a new vision for Scecina, inside and outside the building and inside and outside the classroom. Based on the enthusiasm shown at the kickoff event, I am confident it is Our Time to realize this vision.
In the days and weeks ahead, we will be reaching out in different ways to the Scecina Community to join us on this journey and to help us reach the $6 million goal. Please be receptive to supporting the Our Faith, Our Journey, Our Time capital campaign.
