Happy New Year to you and yours!

I want to thank our community and give you an exciting update on the Our Faith, Our Journey, Our Time, the capital campaign for Scecina Memorial High School. The campaign has reached the $5.56 million

mark in commitments on our way to the financial goal of $6,000,000+! In December alone, we received more than $200,000 in campaign commitments.

Thank you to everyone who has generously contributed your gifts of time, talent, and/or treasure to help strengthen and advance Scecina Memorial High School through this capital campaign. The Scecina Community is blessed by countless people who care deeply about the school’s past, present, and future impact on young lives and our world.

Soon, we will embark upon the Operation Homestretch phase of the campaign.  This phase will be a focused 100-day effort to exceed our $6,000,000+ goal. Operation Homestretch will involve a Leadership Team of alumni, parents, staff, and donors who will identify and implement actions to engage more alumni and friends in exceeding our goal.

When you pass by the front of the school, please check out the new campaign thermometer that shows progress to date and the remaining phase. Here’s a photo (right) as of January 13. We are making great progress. Thank you for your support and prayers!
