Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – No Classes

Martin Luther King Day is a federal holiday held on the third Monday of January. It celebrates the life and achievements of Martin Luther King Jr., an influential American civil rights leader. He is most well-known for his campaigns to end racial segregation on public transport and for racial equality in the United States.

WIDA TESTING BEGINS

WIDA testing is a series of English language proficiency assessments that helps Scecina educators identify students who are English language learners (ELLs) and determine the level of support they need. For questions regarding WIDA testing, please contact Amy Fix, afix@scecina.org.
