Mr. Daniel Fox
Sophomore Catholic Theology Teacher
My name is Daniel Fox, and I’m excited to be part of the Scecina Memorial High School family as the sophomore Catholic theology teacher. I’m originally from Hammond, Louisiana, and while the Bayou State will always hold a special place in my heart, I’m currently in Indiana pursuing a master’s degree in theology from the University of Notre Dame. I’m part of the McGrath Institute’s ECHO Program, which provides theological and experiential training for catechists, and I’m set to graduate in June 2024.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in theology from the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in 2022. During my studies, I had the opportunity to study in Rome, Italy, at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas.
Outside of teaching and my academic pursuits, I enjoy reading and fishing. I’m also looking forward to a new chapter in my life, as I will be getting married in the summer of 2024. A fun fact about my wife, Savannah, and me is that we share the same birthday!
