2024 Scholar Athlete Awards
The 28th annual Scholar Athlete Awards celebration took place on May 2 and recognized a long list of impressive scholars who excel both on the field and in the classroom. Scecina students and their families also had the privilege of hearing from recently retired Scecina Football coach Ott Hurrle who was the guest speaker. His inspiring words set the tone for a memorable evening.
To be designated as a Scecina Memorial Scholar Athlete, a student must participate in one or more athletic programs and maintain a grade point average of 3.00 or higher.
