Scecina volleyball advances to semi-state
Crusaders Celebrate Regional Championship
For the first time in school history, the Scecina Crusader Volleyball team won the Class 2A Regional Championship and advance to Semi-State. Scecina defeated Park Tudor in 5 games and claimed the championship title after their 3-0 victory against Northeastern.
They take on Linton-Stockton (birthplace of Scecina Memorial namesake, Father Tom Scecina) this Saturday, October 29, at Jasper High School.

Game 1 – Class A
Indianapolis Lutheran vs. Tecumseh
1:00 p.m.
Game 2 – Class 2A
Scecina vs. Linton-Stockon
3:00 p.m. (following game 1)
All tickets are $12 and can be purchased with cash at the entrance.
The only approved TV broadcast of Scecina’s Class 2A Semi-State game vs. Linton-Stockton on Saturday is on IHSAA TV. The cost is $10 for access to the tournament games. The game starts at approximately 3:00 p.m. Saturday. Watch at www.IHSAAtv.org
